REFUND POLICY
• All sales are final; we do not provide any cash refunds.
• You can exchange your purchase within 14 days, as long as the product is in absolute original condition with tags attached/uncut and original ElevebyZST packaging.
• If a price is reduced during a sales promotion, exchanges will only be processed at the new, discounted price.
• Items that are used or misused are not eligible for exchange.
• Claims for damaged merchandise must be made within 3 days of purchase. For online orders, report any damage within 3 days of delivery.
• If the claim is accepted, a coupon of equal value will be issued. This coupon can only be redeemed online.
• Claims and exchanges may require 1–2 weeks for processing.
• If a discount code was applied during the original purchase, it cannot be reused on the exchanged item. Exchanges will be processed at the original invoice value, and no promotional codes will be reissued.
• For COD orders above PKR 20,000, a partial advance or security deposit may be required.
Online Purchases Exchange / Return Policy
Exchange Policy (Online Purchase)
If for any reason you wish to exchange an item, you can use any of the two options, within 14 days of purchase.
Option 1: Exchange From Home
Our courier partners will collect and replace items from your doorstep.
Charge for this service: Rs. 290/-

Attach a mobile video of the old product with tags attached/uncut and in original condition.
In case you wish to exchange the item again after the initial exchange, a fee of Rs. 500 will apply.
Option 2: Self-Courier 
This service is NOT free of cost. All you need to do is send the product via a traceable courier company that provides a tracking number and proof, such as TCS, along with:
• Original receipt
• Original tags (attached/uncut)
• Original packing material
